Defiant Yarn — Shipping Policy

Hi, thanks for shopping with us. Defiant Yarn is run by me, a mom of two, so every order is packed and sent out by hand. We ship as soon as we possibly can while keeping the level of service you've come to love from us.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within [2–5] business days. If something is going to take longer, we'll let you know.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it to your door.

Shipping Costs and Carriers

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Delays and Lost Packages

Once your package is handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands. We aren't able to control carrier delays, but if a package seems lost or stuck, email us at hello@defiantyarn.com with your order number and we'll help track it down.
